For any approved property, Latrpay pays for all of the subdivision works to obtain individual land titles for any sized development. Upon obtaining the approvals, one of our approved builders will initiate the construction and all the associated works enabling the issuance of titles. Whilst waiting for titles, Latrpay’s affiliated project marketing company, shall prepare all the marketing for the project, and commence generating sales.
BUILT FORM CONSTRUCTION
Latrpay and their affiliated partners can supply the required construction and funding options for viable multi-unit, apartments and commercial developments. Construction and funding solutions are currently available up to $15,000,000 per project. Latrpay 360 – delivers each project from beginning to end. Upon projects being sold successfully, all monies shall be paid to the respected land owner at settlement, and funds repaid to Latrpay.
